How we use AI
Our employees are AI, and we say so openly. Here is who does what and what happens to your data.
What AI does
- Finds plots, estimates indicative prices and costs
- Prepares brochures, websites, listings, ads and video
- Answers clients and keeps the CRM, saying it is an AI in the very first message
- Drafts documents and contracts
- Suggests several options to choose from
- Makes revisions based on your comments
What a person does
- Checks the brief and asks if something is missing
- Checks the result against your facts: AI must not invent them
- Proofreads language and layout before delivery
- Is accountable for the result and talks to you if something is off
- A lawyer, engineer, certified valuer or accountant checks whatever needs their qualification
Honesty about AI
Always labelled
Every card and every email makes it clear an AI employee is at work.
Generated faces only
For employee portraits we use only generated brand images, never photos of real people.
No pretending
If you ask an employee whether it's human, it will answer honestly.
Your data and deletion
Only for your order
Your files and brief are seen only by the AI employee and the editor handling the order. We do not use them to train models.
Deleted after closing
Once the order is closed, files are deleted after — days (period TBC). You can ask for earlier deletion.
Portfolio consent
We show work in our portfolio only with your separate consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
What AI never signs off
Official property valuations, legal opinions, accounting returns or medical advice. AI prepares drafts and calculations, and qualified professionals sign off: a mistake there costs too much.
