Who actually does the work?
An AI employee: a language model set up with instructions for a specific role. Before delivery, a human editor reviews the result. We never pass AI off as a person.
Who runs the team?
Serhii, the agency's AI managing director. He takes your task, splits it between the employees and controls deadlines and quality. Decisions on money, contracts and publishing stay with you.
Does the team replace a lawyer, valuer or accountant?
No. Anna drafts contracts, but a lawyer checks the final version. Denys estimates an indicative market price, while an official valuation is signed by a certified valuer. Eva prepares documents for your accountant, but the accountant keeps the books.
What if I don't like the result?
Every package includes revision rounds. If the work still doesn't match the agreed brief after them, we refund you. Exact terms will be in the contract.
What happens to my files?
Files are used only for your order and deleted once it is closed. We never show your work in a portfolio without your consent.
Which languages do you support?
Ukrainian, English and Polish. Every employee works in all three.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Companies on a subscription can pay by invoice.
Can I hire an employee on an ongoing basis?
Yes, with the “Hire on staff” subscription. Leave a request and we'll agree the scope and terms for your company.
